Curator Louis Chapple in conversation with Kofi Perry & Naira Mushtaq

All welcome, no need to book

HEADSHOT is a group exhibition of emerging artists based in the UK exploring contemporary approaches to portraiture. Rejecting the genre’s traditional uses for conveying status, wealth and power, the exhibition will break open these confines, using it instead as a means for navigating intimacy, solitude and familial relationships.
The group of artists, although all based in the UK, span a breadth of cultural backgrounds with heritage from Nigeria, Sweden, Poland, US, Iran, South Korea, Pakistan and Taiwan, offering the exhibition unique perspectives on how we navigate and understand the complexities of the human condition.
Artists featured in the exhibition: Cherry Aribisala, Kaja Stumpf, Karolina Dworska, Kat Giordano, Kofi Perry, Momin Choi, Naira Mushtaq, Pei Yi Tsai
